Genoa, the supply chain of companies that made the bridge

Genoa’s Ponte San Giorgio is the outcome of team work involving not only the thousand engineers, technicians and workers who, in little more than twelve months, completed the work, but also the chain of supplier companies, examples of excellence from all over Italy that made their contribution to giving Genoa its bridge back.

In all, 330 large, medium and small companies of suppliers and sub-suppliers – coordinated by the Webuild Group which, together with Fincantieri, carried out the work – were engaged in the construction of the bridge, 99% of which were Italian businesses.
